The flat is located on the beachfront and, therefore, close to the beach bars in the area where you can enjoy the typical Malaga sardine skewers and other traditional dishes of the coast. On the Paseo Marítimo there is a more international gastronomic offer of restaurants, cafés, bars and ice cream parlours, almost all with open-air terraces to enjoy the sea breeze, especially in the evening.
The nearest supermarket is a two minute walk away, open from Monday to Saturday and next to it, we can access other types of shops, shops and establishments.
The terrace, with sea views, has a table and chairs. The beach is 20 m. from the block in which the flat is located, in addition to the restaurants, less than 200 m. away is the Automobile and Fashion Museum, the Russian Museum and the building of the Tabacalera.
The Paseo Marítimo connects with the Port of Málaga, which is about 7 minutes away by car or a pleasant walk from the building. The port connects to the centre of Malaga and therefore to the main places of interest in the city, including the Alcazaba, the Plaza del Obispo, the Cathedral and the Roman Theatre.
