The communal roof terrace, with views of the large beaches and the 17th century fortress tower, was only renovated in June 2017 and is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs. You can also enjoy your lunch or dinner here. At lunchtime, the awning provides a shady spot.
With 70m² of living space, this brightly decorated holiday home offers space for six people. It consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen/dining area. Two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds (90x200cm each). One bedroom has a bunk bed (two single beds each 90x200cm), which can be used by both children and adults. The spacious bathroom consists of a toilet, a shower, a washbasin and a hairdryer. The open-plan and modern living room is furnished with a table and chairs as well as additional seating and a TV. The open-plan kitchen in the living room has a ceramic hob, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment and a filter coffee machine. The flat has no heating or air conditioning.
The nearest town centre is 30 metres away and you will find nightlife options such as bars, clubs, cafés and restaurants just 50 metres from the holiday accommodation. The nearest grocery store is 200 metres away. The sandy beach, which can be seen from the balcony of the holiday flat, is just 250 metres away. For those interested in culture, the numerous museums of Fuerteventura are ideal for excursions: from salt production to cheese-making and livestock farming to aloe vera - everything is described in an interesting way. You can reach beautiful bays in just ten to twelve minutes by car.
