This detached holiday home is located in a quiet holiday park in Fedderwardersiel, just behind the dyke. The sea and the idyllic harbour with its fishing boats are only about 300 metres away. The small, cosy fishing village is located in the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park. From the dyke you have a view of the beautiful harbour of Bremerhaven. The holiday home invites you to stay in an area of 78 m². The spacious living/dining area has a cosy leather suite with a view of the large TV and a dining area with a large table and six chairs. The kitchen, which was renovated in May 2016, is fully equipped with a convection oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an egg boiler and a coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired. There is a double bed (1.80 m wide) in one of the three bedrooms and two single beds (0.90 m wide) in each of the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space in the wardrobes with lots of clothes hangers. The bathroom was renovated in 2023 and now offers a large walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. It offers plenty of space for your own cosmetics. Board games for young and old are available for a cosy games evening. Internet is not available. The large terrace was renovated in 2018. With six wicker chairs, a large table and parasol, it invites you to spend cosy hours both during the day and in the evening. A large wicker beach chair allows parents to relax while their children play or swing in the large garden. A large stainless steel barbecue ensures culinary well-being and a handcart allows you to transport sand toys or picnic accessories. One of the bedrooms on the upper floor leads to a small balcony facing the garden, where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or simply read a book. A private car park is available free of charge. Pets are not allowed. Villa Linus is located in a closed holiday park with no through traffic. The nature reserve on the Wadden Sea invites you to observe the birdlife with its birdsong and benches. The Fedderwardersiel cutter harbour is located between the nature reserve and the small marina. When the cutters return from their catch, you can buy the freshly caught crabs directly. Not everyone's cup of tea, you say? Then enjoy the fresh fish in nearby restaurants, at the fish stalls or from the fishing co-operative. There is also a quaint grocery shop with fresh bread rolls in the harbour. The large supermarket is only about 2 kilometres away in Burhave. But the North Sea is not just about eating and drinking, you can spend your day on the sandy beach about 2 kilometres away or in the seawater bathing lake "Nordseelagune". On stormy days, the play barn with climbing wall in Burhave is ideal for young and old. The Wega II accompanies you on excursions through the North Sea. A tarmac promenade behind the dyke, with many benches and sculptures, is the ideal route for a walk by the sea for cyclists, pushchairs or people with walking difficulties. Or walk over the 200 metre long bridge in front of the lagoon into the Wadden Sea. Here, the sound of the waves and the fresh North Sea breeze will intoxicate your senses.
