The Villa Linus invites you to relax and unwind on an area of approx. In the spacious living / dining area is a cozy leather sofa is facing the large TV. The dining area is furnished with a large table and 6 chairs. In the 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds upstairs, 1 room with 2 single beds on the ground floor) is plenty of storage space is with many hangers. The kitchen (in May 2016 renewed) with ceramic hob, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker, leaves no wish unfulfilled. The bath renovated in 2018, with a walk-in large shower, vanity, toilet and hairdryer offers plenty of space for cosmetics. The wider door to the bathroom makes it easier for people with disabilities to use.
The terrace, renovated in 2018 with 6 wicker chairs, a large table and a parasol invites you to cozy hours during the day and in the evening. Relax chairs (located in the woodshed behind the house) allow parents, while their children play or swing in the garden to relax. A large stainless steel grill provides the culinary well-being. A wagon (also in the shed) allows the transport of sand toys and picnic accessories.
