Bright, single-storey house (2 bay windows to the south and west) with fully-equipped modern kitchen. Large 40 m² living room opening onto a terrace, 3 double bedrooms (Queen size bed). Quality bedding, kitchen, equipment and furniture. Bathroom with shower, washing machine, separate WC, TV. Shops nearby (bakery just opposite). Linen provided (sheets, towels). Welcome booklet and documentation available on arrival. Tourist tax not included. Large, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto large living room. Thanks to its location, you can get around easily, avoiding the summer traffic jams (we can advise you) or, for the more courageous, get around by bike, as there are numerous cycle paths that are easy to use. All the activities are close by, and there are plenty of opportunities for motor sailing, sailing, kayaking, etc. children's playground in nearby Gujan-Mestras, accrobranche, swimming pool, horse-riding, golf, cinema.
