Ideally located in a very quiet area, it is a 5-minute walk from the shops of the city center and the municipal market. Close to the main roads and cycle paths, it is a 10-minute drive from Arcachon, 15 minutes from the Dune du Pyla, the ocean beaches, the basin and the forest.
