Liebes Lottchen
The 100 m² detached holiday home is a stylishly renovated and modernly furnished old farm worker's house. It is located in the enchanting little village of Pilsum (Ottoturm), near Greetsiel and close to the sea.
The house also has an enclosed garden with two terraces and garden furniture as well as a car parking space. The outdoor area also has a playhouse, a swing and, in the summer months, a slide and a picnic table for small children.
The house offers space for two to four people. It is divided into a very spacious living room and a large kitchen/dining area on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a hob with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. There is also a highchair for children. A high chair for children is also available. The living area is equipped with a fireplace, satellite TV and a stereo system. High-quality oak floorboards have been laid throughout. Old wooden beams have been preserved throughout. They provide additional warmth and cosiness. A very attractive bathroom with two washbasins and a walk-in rain dance shower is also located on the ground floor. An old, listed wooden staircase leads to the upper gallery. Here there are up to two further sleeping possibilities for adults (each 0.80 m x 2.00 m) plus a baby/children's bed. Adjacent to this is the bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a view of the green East Frisian meadows. An internet connection (WLAN) can be used free of charge.
There is a highly recommended restaurant ("Altes Brauhaus") in the immediate vicinity. The sea is about 3 km away and the nearest railway station is about 12 km away.
