Lakeside Haven with Finnish Sauna and Scenic Forest Trails

Possible to enjoy nature, silence, forest, clean lakes, sauna, swimming and close to everything This holiday home is located in its own large natural area on the shore of clean lake. From this holiday home has a reasonable distance to the historic town of Hämeenlinna. There is also a old castle and few Golf courses and Ahvenisto motordrome in Hämeenlinna. There are also quick connections to other cities in Southern Finland e.g. Helsinki, Tampere, Turku, Lahti. The ground floor is about 80 m² in size. There are the following rooms: a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen, large dining table, fireplace, and lounge area. There is also a two bedrooms next to it, which includes a double beds. There is also a bathroom with shower / toilet and a electric sauna. The space is open to the high ceiling and the other end has about sleeping areas in the loft. The living room has direct access to the terraces for the house. Next to the main cottage is a small cottage with sleeping area and lounge area with terrace. On the terrace there is dining tables as well as an outdoor and grill area, gas grill. There is also an area where is possible to make campfires, coal grill and take a sunbathe. By the lake there is a traditional Finnish Sauna and it is possible to swim also. On the lake there is the boat and possibility to fishing. There is a lot of parking spaces in the near of the cottage. The forest begins near the cottage and there are trail that can be moved and campfire site a few km away. Outside area is also another WC, outside WC = PuuCee The rent includes 4 - 6 bicycles and three boats, two on the cottage and one on other larger lake 1,5 km away. It´s possible also fishing on the lakes by buying a Finnish state fishing license. There is Finnish TV -canals and wlan-internet on the cottage, free of charge. It´s possible to get bed for small children and lift available for wheelchairs , if it´s notify in advance. The dogs can also be housed. The house is located the near of the lake and the Finnish Sauna is located a few meters from the lake, straight from sauna to swim . The nearest shop is located in a small village about 6 km away. The largest supermarkets are located in Hämeenlinna, about 20 km away. These stores are open every day of the week from morning to evening. The restaurants are also located in Hämeenlinna.
