This flat is the perfect choice for families or groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing break in the mountains, with a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 teenagers or 3 adults and 1 child.
The interior of the flat is fully equipped to guarantee you a carefree stay. It has two bedrooms: one with a spacious double bed and the other with two single beds, each bedroom equipped with satellite TV for your entertainment. The living area, which is also equipped with satellite TV and radio, opens onto an inviting south-facing balcony. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, from a four-ring hob to a fridge with freezer compartment, a small oven and a microwave, as well as a kettle, coffee machine, toaster and, for added convenience, a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC and a hairdryer is provided for extra comfort.
The outside area of the flat includes a sheltered parking area for e-bikes, making it an ideal base for cycling adventurers. In addition, the absence of carpets guarantees a hygienic and allergy-friendly environment. Additional amenities such as heating and free internet (W-LAN) in all rooms, as well as the option of a high chair or baby cot on request at no extra cost, make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The surrounding area offers numerous activities for all tastes and all seasons. In winter, the use of the cross-country ski trails in the Olympiaregion and the bus ticket for the entire holiday period are included in the price. Summer guests enjoy free admission to the Alpenbad Leutasch for hours of fun (4 hours per person per day, excluding sauna). In addition, our guests have the option of using an infrared cabin for two people in the relaxation room for a fee - ideal for relaxing moments after an active day.
An EV wallbox charging station is available for our guests for a fee. The type charging socket is Type 2 (CP-T2) , compatible with all common electric vehicles, €0.40
