Exactly what I was looking for.

Nearby, a variety of hiking trails invite exploration, making it a perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts. Guests are welcomed by a warm and gracious host, contributing to a comfortable and inviting experience. Despite its quiet and serene environment, the location is conveniently situated not far from other villages, ensuring ease of access to nearby communities while maintaining a sense of retreat.

Ideal base for hiking and cycling holiday.

Super clean apartment with breath taking views. Everything you need for a few days or week away. Very quiet at night. Generous size apartment and massive balcony. Good location to also add a quick trip to Innsbruck for a day.

Welcoming hosts, superb location and easily accessible family-run alpine style apartment

The property is a family-run local business.The property owners were very responsive, personable and helpful, really made us felt very welcomed. The apartment room was spacious, beds were very comfortable and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Room interior was built in timber so we felt like living in an cozy alpine home. You could order fresh bread rolls daily! We also like that the apartment is located in a quiet village and right next to XC trails, forest trail walks and surrounded by the serenity of mountains. It is also very easy to get to via public transport. In summary the apartment is reasonable value for money (as it includes bus pass and XC trail pass for the entirety of the stay), suitable for small families or couples who appreciate staying at a quiet place and easily accessible by public transport. Best part of it is the location right next to XC ski trails.

The rooms could do with some refurbishment but the location, value for money, scenery and lovely hosts made up for it.

A fabulous week, I would definitely return.

A really peaceful location served excellently by the local buses making travel very easy. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. the hosts quick to answer questions before I arrived and very helpful.

location was great, you can go for a hike straight from the apartment. clean, comfortable. kitchen had everything you need. everything is new and very well maintained.

overhead of the bed was not comfortable if you want read and be in upright position.

Ideale Unterkunft für einen Langlaufurlaub

Die Lage direkt an der Loipe ist hervorragend! Sehr gemütliche Wohnung bestens ausgestattet mit allem,was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Brötchenservice vorhanden Stellplatz im Carport. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Frequentiamo questa località da diversi anni e sciando ogni volta che passavamo davanti a Apartmenthouse Bader ci promet

La pulizia, il comfort, la posizione sia rispetto ai tracciati per lo sci da fondo che ai sentieri che permettono di raggiungere le varie “borgate” che compongono il paese. L’appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Per le autovetture è disponibile il parcheggio coperto. I titolari sono persone estremamente disponibili e cordiali.

Kann das Haus Bader vollends empfehlen.

Die Familie Bader ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage und die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht.

Die Unterstellplätze für breite Fahrzeuge sind zu schmal, man kann kaum die Tür öffnen zum einsteigen.

Super Apartment

SUPER SAUBER, TOLLE KÜCHENAUSSTATTUNG, SUPER BAD. GROSSER BALKON MIT TOLLEM BLICK. FÜR LANGLAUFSKIFAHRER EINE TRAUMLAGE. ZUM WANDERN GIBT ES IM RUHIGEM GAISTAL AUCH GUTE MÖGLICHKEITEN. MIT AUTO KOMMT MAN NICHT ZUR EHRWALDALMBAHN. !!!! NUR DURCHS TAL MIT BIKE, DA DIE STRASSE FÜR DIE ÖFFENTLICHKEIT ab Parklplatz 5 gesperrt ist. Die Wanderung zur Rotwandhütte über Jägersteig traumhaft. Und Seefeldspitzentour ist auch traumhaft schön. Somit können dort einige schöne Wanderungen gemacht werden. Das Schlafzimmer wird auch noch modernisiert, war aber super sauber und bequeme Betten.

Nichts zu bemängeln. Zwei .dünne Sommerdecken wären evt schön gewesen, da wir gerade in der Hitzewelle da waren.

Fam. Bader ist sehr sehr nett, wenn man was braucht oder wissen will sind sie sehr bemüht sich darum zu kümmern. Unser Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Morgens gibt es frische Brötchen wenn man möchte. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir werden wieder unseren Urlaub bei Fam. Bader verbringen.Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Nur Top👍👍👍

Es war super sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon war toll und es war alles dort, was wir gebraucht haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich.

De eigenaar is heel aardig. Spraak goed Engels. Het appartement was heel schoon. Goede douche. Een fantastisch uitzicht. Overdekte parkeerplaats. Alles was keurig geregeld. Informatie via mail was erg goed.
