About this apartment rental
Breathe a sigh of relief in the beautiful Leutasch valley at 1130 m above sea level. Here you will find 450 km of hiking trails on over 20 alpine pastures that are suitable for the whole family. Mountaineering, climbing or simply hiking, everyone will find a wide range of activities here. A special weekly program is also offered by the Seefeld Tourist Association. In summer, Leutasch has wonderful hiking and cycling trails along the Leutascher Ache. In winter, Leutasch, together with Seefeld, offers 230 km of top-groomed cross-country ski trails. Our apartment house offers you a sauna (for a fee), ski room with ideal waxing opportunity for cross-country skis, sunbathing area, barbecue area, bread service, sufficient covered parking spaces and toboggan rental. There are 4 bathing lakes within a radius of 20km. We would particularly like to emphasize the great e-bike and mountain bike trails of all levels of difficulty throughout the region and neighboring Bavaria.

The Apt was better than described in decor and amenities! Real wood queen bed with a 360 turning lamp and cell phone plug on each side of bed headboard! A nice long balcony with table and 2 chairs to see the view and have breakfast! They even had 2 choices of Placemats which we always use!
And a compfy couch to watch TV - although we found only one English station. Our only drawback was although we saw online that they didn't want you to have parties or anyone else staying overnight; we thought we still could have our daughter and family visit us and see the beautiful furnishings and treat them to a dinner with us! But they were not allowed to even come to the grounds! My daughter, her husband & 3 boys travelled from Norway--staying at campsites and we hadn't seen them for 2 yrs! Instead, they treated us to a barbecue dinner at their campsite! So we didn't spend much time at all at Apt. Bader!

Wir haben Ende Februar 2010 eine Woche im Ostbacher-Stern gewohnt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und landschaftlich schön. Die Loipen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin war hervorragend. Der Brötchendienst funktioniert optimal. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und funktionell.
Offensichtlich war die Wohnung zuvor von Rauchern belegt, die leider intensiv in der Wohnung geraucht haben, was für uns in der Winterzeit als Nachmieter sehr unangenehm war.

Wir haben schon sehr viele Urlaube im Leutaschtal verbracht, doch keiner war so schön wie dieser. Der Ostbacher Stern ist besonders an Familien zu empfehlen. Es sind toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen, es fehlt wirklich nichts und alles ist super sauber. Die Frühstücksbrötchen werden ins Haus geliefert und hängen morgens an der Tür. Für die Kinder gibt es draußen einen tollen Spielplatz mit viel Spielmöglichkeiten und einem großen Trampolin. Im Kellergeschoss des Hauses befindet sich zu dem ein Spielraum mit Tischtennis, Play-Station und vielem mehr. Auch die Großen kommen nicht zu kurz - hier dient zur Entspannung die Sauna. Und wer auch mal gerne Schwimmen geht, der ist im Alpenbad richtig aufgehoben. Der Eintritt ist hier frei!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder
