About this apartment rental
Our Niedere Munde vacation rental is situated in a heavenly location at 1,140 m, nestled in the heart of a magnificent mountain landscape, quietly situated among flower-filled meadows and idyllic forests in the stunning Leutasch Valley. The vacation rental accommodates 2–3 people and combines luxury with coziness and relaxation in the fresh Alpine air.
The vacation rental features a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a hallway with reclaimed wood flooring. In addition to its tasteful furnishings, the apartment’s highlights include a 200x180 cm Swiss stone pine bed built by the owner himself, a large wardrobe, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Bed linens, towels, and bathrobes are changed weekly upon request. A room for cross-country skis with a ski boot heater and waxing station is also available, and in the summer, a lockable bike garage. You can park your car safely under the carport.
A 5-minute walk from the house is a farm where you can pick up fresh milk, eggs, yogurt, and much more for breakfast, and right next to it is a small, very well-stocked grocery store for everything else.
In the summer, you can relax in the unspoiled countryside on unforgettable walks, hikes, and mountain hut tours, or zip through the Gaistal or Karwendel Mountains—a paradise for e-bikers—and cool off in the clear mountain lakes of the area. In winter, the impressive valley transforms into an absolute cross-country skiing and ski touring paradise with countless routes of all difficulty levels; right outside the house, you can set off on the trail to the Rauthhütte, and cross-country skiing here is also a uniquely beautiful experience thanks to the flat terrain of the high valley. On site, you can obtain a free cross-country ski pass, which allows you to use the trails in the Seefeld Olympic Region for the duration of your stay—a total of 279 km, including 154.3 km of classic-style trails and 124.7 km of skating trails. Access to the Olympic cross-country trail is right in front of our house!

LED satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge throughout the property. The owners, a couple, live in a separate part of the house; they designed and furnished the vacation rental themselves with great care and effort.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet und dekoriert. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top. Wanderungen können direkt vom Haus starten, ansonsten ist auch eine Bushaltestelle in 400 m Entfernung gelegen. In 5-10 Gehminuten befinden sich auch ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie ein Hofladen mit vielen, regionalen und frischen Produkten.

Die Zweizimmerwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Große Schränke mit Platz für alles was man mit in den Urlaub nimmt, sind vorhanden, einschließlich diverser Bügel.
Die Küche war/ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden in der Wohnung vorrätig gehalten.
Für den Pkw ist ein eigener Carportstellplatz vorhanden.
Mitgebrachte Fahrräder können in einer extra Garage sicher abgestellt werden, in der auch Steckddosen für Akkuladegeräte vorhanden sind.
WICHTIG: Die Wohnung, sowie das gesamte Grundstück sind super sauber und sehr gepflegt.
Das Vermieterehepaar ist supernett und hilft mit Rat und Tat, wenn man es denn möchte.
Auch die Lage ist klasse - am Ortsrand mit direkten Einstiegsmöglichkeiten in die Wanderwege und direktem Blick auf die Berge.
Ein Lebensmittelmarkt mit allem was man braucht ist nur ca. 500 Meter entfernt. Verschiedene Restaurants befinden sich im Nahbereich.
Wir fahren seit 25 Jahren immer in Urlaub in Ferienwohnungen oder -häusern.
Dieses war die beste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten. Es gab wirklich nichts auszusetzen und wir werden dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Haben uns hier wohl. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war top. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.
