About this house rental
The Karwendel vacation rental invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay! It features two cozy bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed—as well as a welcoming living room with a sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, has everything you could ask for. A special highlight are the two balconies facing south and east, which offer you magnificent views.
The apartment is approximately 60 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people.

We, the Neuner family, have been running the farm and our three vacation apartments in the Obern district of Leutasch for many generations. At our certified organic farm, we care deeply not only about your well-being but also about treating animals and nature with love and respect.
An adventure for young and old
Surrounded by meadows and fields, our farm, with its sunny location, is the perfect retreat for our guests and an adventure playground for children that’s second to none. Whether it’s running around on the small playground in front of the house, getting up close and personal with our cows and rabbits, or setting out on an exciting mountain hike—there’s something for everyone here.
In the summer, you can relax in the garden or on the balcony and enjoy the mild temperatures after a lovely hike or bike ride. In the winter, you’ll enjoy an incredible view of snow-covered fields and mountains. The cross-country ski trail starts right here at our property. A small sledding hill, perfect for children, is located very close by. A carport is available for each apartment.
A bus stop (for both summer excursions and the nearest ski area) is just a 4-minute walk away. A grocery store is available in the immediate vicinity (a 3-minute walk). The farm’s own self-service shop treats you to delicious treats.
Electricity is supplied—at least when the sun is shining—by solar panels. You can also use this to charge your electric car—a charging station is available in the carport.
In winter, a waxing table and cross-country ski storage are available. In the summer, there’s a large organic herb garden. You’re welcome to pick fresh herbs from the garden for your meals. Upon request, we provide fresh organic vegetables and potatoes straight from the field. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have about organic farming or our farming practices.

To ensure a perfect start to your day, we’re happy to deliver wonderfully fragrant breakfast rolls right to your doorstep upon advance order. At our farm stand, you can stock up on a variety of treats from the farm and the region to your heart’s content. And if there’s anything else we can do for you—don’t hesitate to just let us know!

On-site fees: 30% deposit required. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Cancellation is free up to 30 days in advance; after that, graduated fees apply. Non-smoking apartment. Pets allowed for 10€/day. Charging station for electric cars available for a fee. The renter is liable for damages. By booking, you accept the terms and conditions.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
