About this apartment rental
A beautiful and peacefully situated vacation home,
is located in the heart of the Leutasch Valley, in the Weidach district on a small, sunny hill, surrounded by woods and meadows, with panoramic views. In this quiet yet central location stands the "Haus Romantic," featuring two cozy vacation apartments. Ground-floor apartment with its own terrace and garden / 1st-floor apartment with its own balcony. You’re also welcome to use the large garden with a lawn for sunbathing

The first-floor vacation apartment, with its own entrance, is approximately 58 m² in size, plus a 15 m² private covered balcony

The ground-floor unit is approximately 70 m² plus a 20 m² terrace.

One bedroom with a double bed, one small bedroom with a single bed (192 x 93 cm—children’s room), a separate kitchen, dishwasher, dining area, bathroom with shower enclosure, and a separate toilet. One parking space in the carport

In summer (May 1 through October 31), free admission to the Leutasch indoor and outdoor pools (up to four hours per day)
There is also a ski school in Leutasch
The Katzenkopf ski area, Kreithlift, and cross-country trail are about 300 meters away—just a few minutes’ walk
