Situated in the heart of the Leutasch Valley, in the Weidach district on a small, sunny hill, surrounded by woods and meadows, with panoramic views, the Haus Romantic—offering two cozy vacation apartments—enjoys a quiet yet central location. Ground-floor apartment with its own terrace and garden / 1st-floor apartment with its own balcony. You’re also welcome to use the large garden with a sunbathing area

The first-floor vacation apartment, with its own entrance, is approximately 58 m² in size, plus a 15 m² private covered balcony

The ground-floor unit is approximately 70m² plus a 20m² terrace.
Layout of the ground-floor unit: a large living room (25 m²) with two sleeping options—a double pull-out sofa (sleeping surface 200 x 160 cm)—direct access to the terrace and garden, and a flat-screen TV with satellite. One bedroom with a double bed, one small bedroom with a single bed (192 x 93 cm—children’s room), a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, a bathroom with a shower enclosure, a separate restroom, and a parking space in the carport.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed!

Ski storage for winter sports equipment
In summer (May 1 through October 31), free admission to the Leutasch indoor and outdoor pools (up to four hours per day)
There is also a ski school in Leutasch
The Katzenkopf Kreithlift ski area and the cross-country ski trail are about 300 meters away—just a few minutes’ walk
You can rent sleds for free, subject to availability
