Precisely the environment dominates at the Country House in all its forms: in the green and blue that prevail, in the smells that it offers, in the flavours of tradition and in respect for the domestic and wild fauna that live here. Located in the centre of the complex, it consists of 2 pools, the first measuring 14 x 6 m, with a depth of 1.10/2.00 m, and the second, for children, measuring 5.50 x 5 m and 50 cm deep. The old tobacco drying kiln (1912), now restored, shows itself in all its grandeur and beauty as if it represented the typical manor houses of Umbrian rural villages. The building, in the days when it was fully efficient in its function of dehydrating tobacco leaves, was called 'Tabaccaia' by the locals, and we have kept the name. The transformation has resulted in a cosy and comfortable building for the stay of our welcome guests.
