The property is ok, they have some apartments with kitchen and also a nice restaurant inside. They also have horses on the back.

The bedroom is quite old, the curtains don’t cover the window, the doors cant perfectly close. The location is not the best, the area around is a bit industrial

Relaxing,

Loved the property, the pool, the soccer field, the restaurant in the evenings, the people! Brando and Mario were the most gracious hosts. We appreciate them so much. Brando helped us with transportation and answered every question we had. He even woke up at 5am to get us to the train station on the last day! We are so grateful to him.

Would have love to have had the restaurant open the full day. As well, we should have rented a car, we didn’t realize public transit wasn’t readily available.

L'appartamento è abbastanza grande nonostante eravamo in 8. I 3 bagni sono stati una salvezza. Posizione ottimale per visitare Arezzo, Perugia, Montepulciano.

Due piccole defezioni ma riparabili sono lo scarico in un bagno in camera e il soffione doccia nel bagno nel corridoio.

Meraviglioso casale contornato da un parco meraviglioso

Mi è piaciuta moltissimo la struttura, anche se in questo periodo è sicuramente difficile apprezzare tutto ciò che essa offre. Il casale è attorniato da un magnifico parco con piscina, ovviamente utilizzabile durante i mesi più caldi. La sera abbiamo mangiato al ristorante e la cena è stata di nostro gradimento, come pure il pranzo di nozze del giorno successivo: superlativo! La gentilezza del proprietario è sicuramente un plus che aggiunge valore al soggiorno.

Al nostro arrivo la camera era un pochino fredda; tuttavia il proprietario ci ha consegnato una stufetta che ha aiutato a riscaldare velocemente l'ambiente. Essendo un appartamento con soffitti molto alti, è comprensibile che ci voglia tanta energia e tanto tempo affinché si riscaldi bene. Inoltre, da quel che ho potuto capire, il casale è stato riaperto dopo un periodo di vacanza del proprietario. C'è da dire che io sono una persona piuttosto freddolosa e immagino che la mia valutazione non faccia troppo testo.

Sehr gute Betreuung bei Fragen. Toller Pool und ein gutes Restaurant.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr bescheiden. Es gibt leider keine Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu essen, weil dort nur Lloungemöbel stehen. Im Innenraum ist es einfach zu dunkel. Fliegengitter haben leider Löcher... Der Charme eines umbrischen Ambientes könnte durch mehr Funktionalität und einer moderneren Ausstattung durchaus erhalten werden. Die Pfannen und das Equipment sind leider Schrott...

De locatie is prachtig en het restaurant is geweldig. Het is een zeer charmante plek.

De netheid en de staat van onderhoud van het appartement vielen ons tegen. De voegen in de badkamer waren vies en onder de bedden lag veel stof. Een keukenkastje zat los en er waren een aantal zaken aan vervanging toe.

Il nostro soggiorno presso Casale Baldelli è stato deludente, nonostante la posizione panoramica e il contesto agreste. L'appartamento Nocio superiore, che abbiamo occupato, presentava diversi problemi di manutenzione e pulizia che non ci aspettavamo, soprattutto considerando il prezzo di 200€/notte. *Problemi riscontrati:* - *Scarichi rumorosi*: gli scarichi del bagno e della cucina gorgogliavano rumorosamente anche durante la notte, disturbando il sonno. - *Pulizia insufficiente*: troppa polvere su vari oggetti e tendaggi, peli di cane sulla tenda all'ingresso, sul terrazzino e sotto il letto, e ragnatele in zone facili da pulire. - *Manutenzione*: la maniglia della porta del bagno era fissata solo nella parte superiore e rischiava di rimanere in mano al cliente. - *Mancanza di attrezzature*: in cucina mancava uno scolapasta basilare e le posate erano contate. - *Infiltrazioni d'acqua*: a causa della pioggia, l'acqua è entrata nell'appartamento dall'apertura della canna fumaria, bagnando il divano e le nostre cose.

Nuostabi vieta. Apartamentai puikūs. Kambariai erdvūs, yra viskas ko reikia keliautojams. Kieme didelis baseinas, gultai. Vietoje yra nuostabus restoranas, maistas puikus. Keliaujantiems po Italiją su automobiliu labai patogi apsistojimo vieta. Rekomenduojame apsistoti ne vienai dienai, nes aplink daug lankytinų vietų. Prieš atvykdami gavome išsamias rekomendacijas ką galima aplankyti, pamatyti, pavalgyti. Ačiū šios vilos šeimininkams!

Perfetto per chi cerca relax

Meraviglioso casale d'epoca nel verde delle campagne umbre. Abbiamo preso l'appartamento con tre camere da letto. E' dotato di tutti i comfort, cucina funzionale e macchinetta del caffé con cialde. Fresco, pulito e ben arredato in stile antico. Materassi nuovi ed molto comodi. A fianco c'è anche un ristorante che può tornare utile.

Een gastvrije, prachtige locatie met lief personeel.

De gastvrijheid, werden door Mario ontvangen met een glas wijn en kaasje aangezien we vroeg waren. Restaurant is niet dagelijks open, maar als het open is, eet je er heerlijk! En wat een leuk personeel, zoon van Mario die in de bediening staat, de Ierse lieve dame die de omgeving nog meer kleur geeft en dan de topkok en ander personeel uiteraard niet te vergeten. Je voelt je welkom!

Kamer was niet echt schoon, gasfornuis was niet gedaan, allemaal vet erop en meubels onder het stof. Maar ach, we werden vriendelijk ontvangen en zijn zelf met een doekje er doorheen gegaan. Soms moet je het positieve boven het negatieve zien, toch? En wellicht een incident, waar gewerkt wordt…

Struttura bellissima ed accogliente

La struttura ha delle camere molto belle e lo staff super disponibile ed accogliente! Hanno saputo assistermi anche durante la prenotazione con varie info che mi servivano! Ho avuto anche modo di provare il ristorante che ho prenotato il tavolo chiamando direttamente la struttura che si trova sempre li. Molto buono ed e presente anche una bella brace sempre piena di carne. Consigliassimo soprattutto ai motociclisti di passaggio!

Ein sehr typischer rustikaler Einrichtungsstil. Sehr passend zu dieser Gegend und dem Gebäude. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Restaurant ist auch zu enfehlen. Das Essen war sehr gut. Der Preis ist für die Gegend aber etwas gehobener.

Leider konnten wir morgens nicht richtig duschen, da das Wasser nicht abgelaufen ist. Wir bekamen erst eine Rückmeldung, dass sich darum gekümmert wird, als der Check-Out vorbei war.
