About this villa rental
Large beach front property including apartment and open-air areas.
Conveniently located on the main road leading to Sorrento and Amalfi coast, as well as Pompeii, Vesuvius and Naples. Across the street there is a fully equipped private beach (the Bikini Beach). Other resorts are just steps away.
Bed-sheets and towels are provided. The apartment is furnished with two bathrooms, both with showers, three bedrooms. Interior living room, connected to the kitchen; a TV set and a new sofa complete the area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, water kettle, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kitchenware and a refrigerator.
An ample terrace, located at the same level, opens up from the kitchen, offering a full panoramic view on the Gulf of Naples. The terrace is provided with retractable. A short green stairway departing from the terrace leads to the main outdoor facilities. The apartment is completely enjoyable as a playground for children or as a solarium further enlarging the sea view on the sunset side.
In addition, a large pergola-covered garden surrounded by lemon trees is ideally exploited for outdoor meals, also thanks to a barbecue. A ground-level private parking is also available.

Had a lovely stay at Gennaro’s beach house. Enjoyed our week here. It was a great location that allowed us to explore the Naples coast area. Gennaro was a fantastic host and very responsive. Highly recommend this listing.

My family and myself stayed at the apartment mid August 2024 (5 in total). We found the apartment provided ample space, with 3 large bedrooms a very decorative/themed living area, and great access to numerous outside levels, which providing stunning sunset views and much needed shade on occasion.
Communication and support was perfect throughout our stay, with the manager (Gennaro) providing directions to the property. Also informed us on restaurants, taxi's and options for sight seeing.
We hired a car, which is a must for this property. When you get used to driving, you find Vico Equense (5mins), Sorrento (30mins) & Napoli (30mins) all on your door step. Castellemare Di Stabia has a ferry which travels to Sorrento and Capris just 10mins drive away from property.
We intend on returning as there is more we need to see, and we will definitely look to book this property again.

My wife, son 9 and I stayed at Gennadi’s for a week. It was a really wonderful stay. The apartment is lovely, spacious, with a good kitchen, comfortable living spaces and a great balcony. We hope to go back some time and would highly recommend it for people who want a quiet spot with great access to Sorrento, Vico Equense and Naples!!
