A lovely spacious apartment with a beautiful view. The location was excellent; only a very short walk from shops, restaurants and beaches. The terrace is a really nice place to sit and enjoy the view and the garden. Really good to have two bathrooms.
Francesco was very helpful, as was Massimo, his father, who met us when we arrived.
The seating in the living room is rather tired and uncomfortable. Air conditioning in the smallest bedroom would be an improvement. It would be useful to have some information about the island available in the property.

Z Wohnung ist groß und gut gelegen, supermarkt und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Küche gut ausgerüstet.
Sehr grosszügige Wohnung.
Der Gastgeber Massimo ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer über WhatsApp schnell erreichbar. Er wohnt neben an, wir konnten ihn schnell persönlich kontaktieren und erreichen.
Wir waren 6 erwachsene Personen, in der ganzen Wohnung ist leider ein einziger Raum klimatisiert, in den beiden anderen Schlafräumen haben wir tragbare Ventilatoren gehabt, die bei Temperaturen von ca. 30 grad und Luftfeuchtigkeit zwischen 80 und 90% nicht für Kühlung gereicht haben. In dem Kleinzimmer gab leider nur eine einzige Steckdose, die für Ventilator benutzt wurde.
In einem Badezimmer fehlte leider ein Duschvorhang, in der Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang gab immer viel Putzarbeit wegen naßem Boden.
@booking.com: Die Anzeige muss entsprechend Korrigiert werden, damit unsere Nachfolger nicht unangenehm überrascht werden, besonders was die Klimaanlage angeht, „the air-conditioned home holiday….“😏trifft absolut nicht zu.
