Struttura tenuta benissimo, pulitissima e ordinatissima. Alla reception José super simpatico e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.
Nota positiva per l'accesso vengono fornite due card per stanza, in modo tale che se si è in più di uno si possa uscire e rientrare indipendentemente.
Cucina completamente attrezzata con pentolame, tazze, bicchieri e utensili. Presente anche frigo con freezer.
Posizione fantastica, zona tranquilla a due passi dal porto di Ischia e dal ponte (leggermente più distante ma raggiungibile a piedi).
Fermata bus molto vicina.
Il terrazzino della stanza in cui ero era confinante con la stanza vicina: l'unica separazione era una pianta rampicante. Consiglierei una separazione più "importante" per migliorare la privacy.

Devo dire che è stato tutto bello la vacanza ad Ischia, ed in special modo al mavilan, l'accoglienza e stata buona rdevo convenire che abbiamo avuto a che fare con persone veramente gentilissimi dalla reception alle signore delle pulizie, ci ritorneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo.
Mi sembra strano ma è andato tutto benissimo.

It was a short walk from the main street which meant it was quiet and yet convenient to get to. Reasonably close to supermarkets and restaurants. We found it exceptionally good value.
It was disappointing to learn that in order to gain access to the pool it was a charge of 40 euros each person. That i thought was absurd as it was almost $100 to have a swim. Naturally we chose not to given that it was a per day charge... had it been for the 3 days we were there we may have but certainly not that keen to pay ridiculous fees to indulge

Great location, walking distance from the beach and town. The apartment was very clean, modern with great finishes.
The below are not meant to be moans but just notes for others so they can prepare in advance. The stay was perfectly acceptable but it felt like the basics were missing for this apart-hotel style accommodation, which was a shame. No coffee or tea amenities in the apartment which is very strange in Italy, even though the apartment had cups and mugs. There was a coffee vending machine downstairs but you have to pay and it was not great quality. Just a note for others.. bring your own cork screw! We were caught out with this one.. it was late and the shops were shut, no one on reception which was a shame. There are also extra (quite expensive) charges for the pool which we read and understood before booking luckily. The hotel had a lot of rules which were sent to us in pdf and made us feel a little uncomfortable arriving at first. The hotel was also very inflexible with early arrivals and late check ins.
