La maison est très spacieuse et très joliment décorée. La literie est très confortable. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bains, ce qui est idéal quand on est nombreux. Le jardin est luxuriant et bien entretenu. L’établissement est à 20 min à pied du port d’ Ischia qui s’anime le soir.
Malgré le niveau de prestations élevé de la maison et son coût,la location ne comprenait pas l’accès à la piscine. Il était demandé de payer 200€ par jour en supplément et de la pré reserver afin de pouvoir en profiter, ce que nous avons décidé de ne pas faire.
Autre point, l’étage supérieur de la maison est également loué. Si les voisins sont bruyants, cela peut être dérangeant car leur terrasse donne directement sur l’une des chambres.

Renovated house, with all you need to cook and have a great vacation. We had a extra access to the pool at the same property,which was great.
