Built in 2019, this first-floor flat can sleep up to four people. Inside, you have a total area of approx. 50 m² at your disposal. There is a spacious living room including an open, modern kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, fridge incl. freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and a complete kitchen equipment for four people such as cutlery, plates, pots, cups, etc. In the sleeping area there is a box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm), in the living area there is a sofa bed with a sleeping area of 140 x 200 cm. The modern bathroom has a shower with glass partition, bed linen and hand and bath towels are provided, but no beach towels.
