Garden View Haven in Srima

The house is about 80 metres from the sea in Srima. Walk to the sea but only at 250 meters, because you have to work around houses and a forest area. The house built in 2013 provides beds for up to six people and also has two supplementary beds. The interior provides a total living space of around 100m². It has a generous living room with an open, modern kitchen with an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, electric pan and a full set of tableware, cutlery etc. for twelve people. Of the two bedrooms, one has a box spring bed (160 x 200cm) for two people, the other has two pull-out single beds (80 x 200cm). The modern bathroom has a shower and underfloor heating. The rooms are connected via a spacious hallway. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are provided, but not beach towels. The house is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a washing line, an iron and an ironing board. There is a central air conditioning unit in the middle of the living area, primarily in the living room, but if the bedroom doors are open then they can be cooled as well. The site measures around 500m². There is a terrace of around 20m² with garden furniture and deckchairs. A grill is also available. The house has its own parking area. A wall surrounds the site, but the driveway is open. On the beach about 80 metres airline distance and 250 metres by foot away, there are many cafés, restaurants and small fast-food snack bars. The beaches in Srima can also be reached by car. There are shops in the locality and in the area. For larger shopping trips you can find various options (Spar, CA, Drogerie Müller, Kik) in the direction of Sibenik (15km). In the town centre of Sibenik there are a butcher, post office, banks and restaurants. In the direction of Murter there is a Lidl supermarket and in Plodine there is a big supermarket. In the village itself there are four small grocery shops and bakeries, about 100-300 metres from the house. Vodice is about 1.2km away, a leisurely walk along the beach. It also has shops and restaurants. The beach in Srima is not as overcrowded as in Vodice. What is special about the beaches in Srima is that you do not need beach sandals, as the sea bed is mostly just sand and the beach is fine pebble.
