Perfect stay in great location.

Brand new apartmens well equipped. Super clean pool and very well located in Srima. Great hosts - always helpfull and supportive. Definitely will recommend to my friends and will visit again in future.

The Villa was exactly like it was descriped. The accommodation where our family was staying, big apartment on the second floor, was apsolutely stunning. Gorgeous views from the terrace. It was exceptionally clean and well equiped for a seven day stay. Loved the big couch and the huge terrace where we spent a lot of our time. The bathroom was awesome with an abundance of hot water for late evening showers. The bedroom has the best bed in the world. Its easy to get a good nights sleep when the bed is so comfortable. Around the house they planted small palms and all kinds of mediterranean plants which is surrounding the sun loungers and the swimming pool. The whole Villa has exquisite lighting in and arround the swimming pool and kids and adults really enjoy this ambiance. I would describe this as tranquil. The neighborhood is really quiet. A beach is just 3 minutes away along with caffee`s and a playground for kids. All of this is matched with an enormous effort from the hosts who made us feel welcome and appreciated. They were there when ever we needed something. Thank You Dubravko and Mate for all the kind words and great hospitality. You are B1 Villas greatest asset. See You next Year.

Owners are very friendly and nice, apartments are clean and comfortable. Parking space is free and available. You can walk to the nearest beach in 2 minutes. Food and drink prices on the beach are very affordable. I would like to recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a peaceful and pleasant vacation.

Everything :) Ideal place for vacation with family. Private swimming pool, clean and nice house surroundings. Very close to beach & other attractions. For sure I will be back there again. In reality it looks even better than on pictures :)

It was ok

Very clean, nice swimming pool. The owner made kids something to eat. Washingt machine available. Long beach line. It is a long walk distance to Vodice (restaurants, shops). Beds were comfortable.

You can pay only cash! In the bars and shops too. The rooms were quite small- more like in a hotel. Knifes didnt cut, oven not working. No microwave. Owner doesn speak english at all.

Really nice stay in this brand new villa

Brand new villa with everything new (we were just 2nd guests) Comfy bed and sofa, spacious balcony Five minutes walk from the beach Friendly host always willing to help Nice pool area with great chairs

Pay by cash only which is a pain as in Srima there are only 2 ATMs that charge you ridiculous fees The aparment door are just regular door so you hear everything what is happening on the staircase

Lijepa Villa u lijepoj Srimi.

Villa se nalazi u mirnom kvartu na samo pet minuta od mora i velike plaže. Posjeduje vlastiti , super uredan bazen. Sobe su dovoljno velike za dvije osobe,izrazito čiste te imaju sve što je potrebno za boravak. Madrac i jastuci su me oduševili. A ono najbolje je domaćica Karolina. Super osoba. Hvala vam za kratki ali prekrasni boravak. Amtonjeta i Vinko iz Splita.

Vrhunski smještaj za ljetovanje

Izuzetno smo oduševljeni boravkom u studio apartmanu B1 ville. Domaćin je bio uslužan i vrlo ljubazan. Apartman je bio uredan i opremljen svim potrebnim sadržajima. Krevet udoban, dostupna kuhinjica za svakodnevnu upotrebu sa svim kuhinjskim sadržajem (posuđe, frižider, zamrzivač..), kupaona uredna s dostupnim fenom i dodatnim ručnicima. Apartman je imao i balkon na kojem je bilo dostupno i sušilo za odjeću što nam je olakšalo sušenje rublja. Bazen u sklopu objekta je odličan, uredan i održavan. Plaža je na dvije minute hoda udaljena od apartmana. Velike preporuke za posjet!

Piękny apartament. Czystość na wysokim poziomie. Polecam serdecznie ! Jednak największym strzelem w dziesiątkę jest basen. Basen przy dzieciach to inny wymiar wakacji :)

Soggiorno perfetto

Tutto benissimo . Casa nuova con posto auto riservato. Appartamento molto pulito e accessoriato con bellissima piscina. Gentilissima e gentile Karolina che ci ha accolto con calore e un ottimo dolce e alla partenza con un gradito regalino!!! Internet ok, la casa in zona tranquilla ma comoda sia alla spiaggia che al centro. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

Дуже гарний готель, неймовірна Кароліна, дякую за чудово проведений час у Вашому готелі, дуже теплий прийом, смачні млинці, смаколики для діток. Готель знаходиться в 3-5 хвилинах від пляжу, все дійсно як і в описі. Дуже приємно що нам пішли на зустріч і ми змогли залишитись ще на одну ніч. Цей відпочинок залишив лише теплі і приємні спогади

Vrlo dobra lokacija,apartman uređen i klimatiziran što olakšava boravak sa djecom.Vidimo se opet!

Lokacija odlična, pogled na more ali jako mirno. Apartman je uredan i vrlo dobro opremljen. Za dorucak nismo dobili informacije da li je bio ukljucen u cijenu i nismo isti koristili.

S obzirom da smo boravili 4 noći i 4 osobe, smatramo da su domaćini trebali zamjeniti ručnike ili ostaviti više u apartmanu.

Uns hat einfach alles gefallen...Die Besitzerin ist so gastfreundlich und hat uns mit ihren selbstgemachten Leckereien jeden Tag verwöhnt. Einfach so bemüht um ihre Gäste. Die komplette Ausstattung wunderschön. Kaffeemaschine mit Kabseln vorhanden. Die Kabseln bekommt man überall zu kaufen. Der Pool und der Garten ist alles top und gepflegt. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Ganz ehrlich, es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Danke an Carollina, für ALLES!
