About this vacation rental
"Le Rieu" mit eigener Terrasse
The holiday home is located in the countryside on a private estate and sleeps nine people on approximately 180 m². It has four bedrooms. On the ground floor, a long corridor leads to the living and dining room with a fireplace (wood provided), a dining table and a sitting area with two sofas and armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a view of the terrace. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. Two of the bedrooms are also on the ground floor, each with a 140 cm double bed and sliding door to the terrace. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor under the roof: the first has a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed, and the second has two 90 cm single beds. Each floor has a bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. All rooms are heated and wireless internet is available free of charge.
The house is set in large fenced grounds, with views of Mont Ventoux. The property, including its 1200 m² grounds, is exclusively reserved for tenants, which means that the large covered terrace and secure swimming pool (12 x 6 metres) are for your exclusive use. A table tennis table and boules set are also available. Garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue and a little hut for children: guests of all ages will find plenty here to enjoy and relax. Guests can park their vehicles in a carport with two parking spaces. Numerous hiking trails start right next to the property.
