We offer a spacious peaceful experience in a large villa (200m2+) with a heated pool (10x5m) located at the foot of Mont Ventoux, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
Relax with the extended family at this peaceful place to stay or bike the Tour de France roads.
12 beds of 90x200cm can be used or gathered as double beds in the 6 bedrooms (4 upstairs, 2 downstairs). 2 full bath, 2 half and 2 toilets make the room easy to use.
The opened living area opens to the patio for outdoor meals.
The space
An open layout gathers the kitchen, dining and living areas and make it a comfortable experience for up to 12 people.
Great living area equipped with 2 couches for gathering or movie watching on the 42'' smart TV.
All areas are equipped with central air.
Outside a grill is available as well as around the pool: 12 lounge chairs with mattresses and pool towels.
Guest access
Access to the house is done behind the house. The lower level including patio is entirely stairs free - that is the living area and 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom.
You will park on the driveway and get access with a lock box containing the keys for your convenience or in season you will be greeted by the caretaker of the property.
You will have access and full privilege to the entire house, indoor and outdoor.
The garage will be available to you to store your bicycles and other gear. A second refrigerator is available directly in the garage for long term storage.
A closet will remain locked for use by owner only.
