Those who love simplicity and authenticity and want to spend a true country holiday will be won over by this old Tuscan farmhouse. A true farmhouse, immersed in the Tuscan countryside, between the towns of Cortona and Montepulciano, surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields. Le Capanne farmhouse offers hospitality in a large red-brick farmhouse, the typical peasant building once inhabited by peasant families dedicated to country work. Today the farmhouse has been converted into a holiday home, and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, in an environment that has retained its rural charm. The farmhouse is divided into two flats. On the ground floor there is a large, completely renovated living room with a beautiful, fully functioning fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The first floor is accessed by the typical external stone staircase that leads to the living area consisting of a dining room and kitchen. On the first floor are the other 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. You can spend your days in absolute relaxation or take long walks or bicycle rides to discover the most evocative corners of this Tuscan countryside. Outside there is the typical Tuscan farmyard, with outbuildings for animals: you can see the sheep, rabbits, hunting dogs and chickens that the owner looks after with passion every day. There is a rich vegetable garden where guests can pick seasonal vegetables. The large swimming pool for private use, the well-equipped garden and the authentic flavour of a real Tuscan farm will be the setting for your holiday! Ideal for two families with children.
