Good location but too busy

The room was nice and spacious, bathroom seemed recently renovated and everything was clean. AC worked properly which was a big plus. Good location, some nice villages to visit within 20/30 min driving distance.

Staff is friendly but no one speaks decent English, which makes it difficult to communicate if you don't speak Italian. What is not communicated here is that there is some kind of improvised camper park next to the house, which caused it to be extremely busy at the pool side with families and children. There were too many people for the facilities. We had breakfast included but did not use it since it did not look appealing, some cakes and that's it.

Fabulous

Quite good breakfast compared to italian standard, very nice pool and garden, good restaurant.

In spite of countryside location, during night or early morning, you can hear train, which line is few km away. Personel doesn't speak english, but with knowledge of few words in italian, no problem to communicate :)

מקום נוח, מיקום טוב, חדרים גדולים, ובאופן כללי מקום גדול ומתאים יותר למשפחות מלזוגות לדעתי.

המיקום מצויין והיה לנו בסיס אם טוב כדי להגיע בנסיעות לא ארוכות מידי לmontepulciano ו pienza שרצינו לבלות בהן במהלך השהות שם. חוץ מזה החדר היה נקי וגדול, והמיטה נוחה.

השירותים והמקלחת היו ישנים ולא מתוחזקים. זרם המים חלש מאוד. גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בסיסית מידי לטעמי.

Una notte da dimenticare!

Dividerò in due parti la mia recensione ; Inizierò dal ristorante posto sotto le camere della struttura perché è l’unica cosa che è andata bene: Ristorante con personale accogliente e attento ad ogni esigenza. Cena buona ed abbondante! Ottima qualità delle pietanze ordinate. Antipasti ottimi e vini di buona qualità. Pizza buonissima. Primi piatti tipici del posto ottimamente cucinati!

Camera matrimoniale da dimenticare! Assolutamente la camera non era stata pulita a sufficienza. Il bagno era sporco in alcuni punti. Il wc addirittura era sporco e non era stato pulito . Doccia vecchia e piena di calcare ! Frigorifero sporco e con qualche segno di ruggine, praticamente ammuffito all’interno! Ragnatele qui e lì sparse ovunque! In pratica hanno solo messo le lenzuola pulite al letto e lasciato gli asciugamani per fortuna! Nessuna informazione su come collegarsi alla rete Wi-Fi! . Menomale il nostro pernottamento è stato solo una notte ! Mi chiedo : ma perché il ristorante della struttura era eccellente mentre , mentre le camere erano da incubo?

Solo e unicamente la piscina... sicuramente molto bella con parco annesso Camere spaziosa e letto comodo e buon Wi-Fi

La struttura è in decadenza.Ovunque vetri rotti.Spa e centro benessere pubblicizzato totalmente fuori uso e inutilizzabile.Molto sporco e tubature dei bagni arrugginite e piene di calcare.Il bidet era inutilizzabile Colazione scarsa e di bassa qualità.

La propreté inacceptable, un frigo moisi et qui ne refroidit pas et de plus très Bryant , l accueil déplorable, le restaurant moyen, la propreté de la piscine est plus que médiocre.

Il “servizio” al ristorante. Dal momento dell’ordine al suo arrivo sono passati quasi tre quarti d’ora. Come ha detto, con pungente ironia toscana, un commensale del tavolo accanto al nostro: per venire a cena qui bisogna prendere 3 giorni di ferie. Ed è un peccato perché il cibo è buono e a un prezzo ragionevole.

Das Zimmer bzw. die Wohnung war sehr groß, wir waren zu zweit und hatten jede menge platz. Parkplatz war auch rießig. Schwimmbad war auch super. Zimmer usw. war sehr sauber. Frühstück war super, die Frau war sehr freundlich und hatte uns noch einen zweiten capuccino gemacht. Und wichtig: man isst am Abend im Restaurant sehr sehr gut. Es gibt Pizza, Nudel, Fleisch und eine Ausgezeichnete Fiorentina. Wüsste nicht, was ich dagegen sagen sollte, es war alles perfekt.

Ein Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen

Die ganze Unterkunft inkl. Lage, ist ein sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt für Exkursionen in die malerische Umgebung der Toskana. Die bekannten Orte liegen mehr oder weniger in der Umgebung. Nach den Ausflügen, am Besten ganz früh morgens (da sind Licht und Luft noch sehr gut )kann man sich am Pool sehr gut erholen. Sehr gutes Restaurant und sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, hier fühlt man sich als Gast

Es gab nichts negatives, das Gut liegt auf dem Land und daher kann auch mal ein " Landlüftchen "über das Gut wehen, wer damit Probleme hätte, sollte zu Hause bleiben!!

Geen echt welkom. Geen uitleg over de kamer gekregen. Ondanks de vermelding dat er Engels gesproken werd, was er nauwelijks iemand die meer dan drie woorden Engels sprak. Niet ingesteld op buitenlandse toeristen. In de keukenpantry in de kamer, zorgde de oven voor overbelasting van het net en viel de stroom uit. De ingebouwde koelkast werkte niet, daarvoor stond een klein koelkastje, maar was smerig en vol schimmel. Overal waren ramen kapot of gescheurd.
