This exclusive holiday home for four is located near the famous 'city of artists' Pietrasanta, the historic capital of Versilia.
Situated 400 metres above sea level, the house offers unparalleled panoramic views of the entire coastline of this exclusive area, known for its elegant beach resorts and lively nightlife. The elevated location also ensures cooler temperatures and offers a refreshing refuge from the coastal heat.
The house is an 80 m² semi-detached house on two floors with a separate entrance and parking space.
You enter through the covered terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the coast. Upon entering you will find a fully equipped kitchen (complete with 4-burner cooker, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker and capsule coffee maker) with dining area and cosy fireplace. The kitchen leads to the living room (air-conditioned), equipped with HD TV and a large bathroom with a large shower. The living room window frames a breathtaking view of the coast and the islands of Tino and Palmaria.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is an air-conditioned landing, two double bedrooms (French beds, 150 cm) and a second bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms even has a small terrace with a panoramic view of the coast, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Additional services: heating, washing machine, Wi-Fi, barbecue and hairdryer. Animals are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
The road to the house is winding and in some places has a 30% gradient.
Distances: restaurant 700 m away; in Strettoia, 1700 m away, another restaurant and a small grocery shop. Supermarkets about 4-7 km away. The sea is only 8 km away. Pisa 45 km, Florence 110 km. Pietrasanta, the little Athens of Italy, with its pretty and lively centre, is only 8 km away.
