About this house rental
Part of a semidetached house situated in the hills of Pietrasanta, in the hamlet called Strettoia. “Giselle” is perfect for your vacation, because here you can enjoy the quiet of the nature but you are still near the main tourist attractions. The house offers a kitchen, a large dining room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine, you have a room with to single beds. On the outside, the garden has an aboveground pool, a woodoven, a barbecue and garden furniture, ideal for dining in the open. Private parking is available on the property. Internet, final cleaning, water, electricity and gas are included in the price. In the wintermonths, when necessary, an extra fee for the use of heating will be calculated. The city of Pietrasanta asks a tourist tax: Euro 1,50 a day a person (with a maximum of 7 days) in the period of June 01st to September 30th. Minors under 12 years are exempt of payment. The amount can be paid in cash upon arrival. The safety deposit of Euro 100,00 can be given directly upon arrival. Charging batteries of electric vehicles at the house is not allowed.
