It lies on a ridge, a beautiful location with a breathtaking panorama, including overlooking a Mediterranean olive grove. The apartment is located in a romantic country house and has WiFi. The view, also from the private pool is spectacular: the blue sea to the high mountains. The comfortable house has room for six people . For our guest house we offers 120 sqm with large living room with fireplace ,tv ,dvd, 3 special bedrooms , comfortable kitchen(30sqm) and bathroom , a large sun terrace with a special panoramic view where you can take a breakfast on the morning.In the 3 bedroom with spacious wardrobe, special emphasis on good mattresses and beautiful bed linen was laid you can find all comfort . Dining area provides an opportunity to relax or for a romantic dinner.The apartment has a unique, elegant and modern and fresh design and has its own creativity. There are high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The windows have shutters and mosquito nets.The house has a private entrance which is accessed via an external staircase and terrace. Situated on a corner of the pool area, which thanks to a tall, green hedge has great privacy. From the bath or lounging on one of the sun beds enjoying the stunning panoramic views. If it gets too hot in the sun, no problem, there is also an olive tree that provides plenty of shade .The region is famous for its arrosticini (grilled pieces of lamb or pork on a stick), olive oil of high quality and the true Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine which you can buy directly from the manufacturer. Restaurants offer also other Abruzzese specialties such as fresh fish, porchetta and the famous' Maccheroni alla ghitarra (pasta). The Catignano town is 365 meters high and is small but friendly. You'll find a baker, butcher, bank, two grocery shops, a cafe and bar-cafes. Within a few kilometers you'll find plenty of local restaurants. You can make beautiful walks in the area. Most artists would love to travel and work here.
