All rooms have spectacular views across the snow-capped Apennine Mountain range and green velvet valleys. Guests can sit on the numerous balconies and terraces to relax in total peace and tranquility enjoying the constantly changing scenery. This beautifully restored farmhouse with its own private swimming pool , is just 40 minutes drive from golden beaches and turquoise waters of the Adriatic Sea. The national parks of the Gran Sasso (Italy’s largest) and the Majella are close by, making La Casa Rosa an ideal location for nature enthusiasts, bike riders, walkers, painters, skiers , adrenaline junkies and beach lovers alike. We even have a yoga teacher and masseuse who can come to the villa to teach classes of all levels. A beautifully restored farmhouse. The accommodation consists of 5 spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms one of which is ensuite.
The house is ideal for families or large groups and can accommodate up to 12 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, fan oven and gas hob. The kitchen table can be extended to accomodate up to 10 people.
For the cold winter days, there is a log fire and the house comes fully equipped with central heating
In addition to the ensuite, there are a further two bathrooms both with shower cabins and bath (one of which is a claw foot bath). All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and bidets. It goes without saying, that all linen and towels are provided.
Broadband WiFi is available and free for guests to use at their leisure.
The spacious living room has three large sofas and two coffee tables as well as a 52' SONY BRAVA television and DVD player. The TV is connected to a SONOS soundbar and sub-woofer. Ceiling fans are provided for additional comfort on those warm evenings. All rooms have air-conditioners.
All windows are equipped with fully retractable mosquito nets and screens.
There is a newly renovated swimming pool, sun loungers, cushions, Parasols, Weber gas BBQ and garden furniture especially for guests to enjoy during the hot summer afternoons spent relaxing by the pool.
The house itself is surrounded by a farm with a variety of animals. the farmer, Sergio, is always delighted to show young children around.
