Appartement situé au calme mais en même temps très proche de la plage ainsi que de tous les commerces. Confortable, extrêmement propre et très spacieux, cet appartement bord de mer, nous a permis de nous reposer, et de profiter des vacances en famille dans un cadre privilégié. De plus, nous avons pu bénéficier d'une place de parking. Pas facile à trouver à Pescara.

Perfect location! Walking distance to the sea, cafes, grocery stores, numerous restaurants and a wonderful watermelon stand, open late! The beach club access and reserved chairs and umbrella were the perfect touch! Host is very sweet and responsive! Host had the most gracious welcome basket full of treats waiting for us! The unit is very spacious and accommodating for extended family. We never wanted to leave! We will be back!

Location and the property itself was awesome. The walk to the beach is literally 3-5 min. Lots of things within walking distance or driving distance. Parking spot is great to have. There were little touches that were very appreciated. There is also air con in each room so sleeping was comfortable. It housed all of us no problem and two bathrooms helped with the group. Stefania was quick to answer if we needed anything. She was great.
