Villa Ninetta

Casa molto grande con 5 camere e 3 bagni, estremamente ampia sia all interno che all’esterno, contornato da un giardino molto grande. La piscina è solo la ciliegina sulla torta. Dotata di ogni comfort, l’ideale per una vacanza tra amici.

Villa Ninetta exceeded our expectations in every way. The house is wonderfully spacious and decorated with immense attention to detail, seamlessly blending antique charm with modern decor. Throughout the property, you'll find cozy little nooks perfect for unwinding. After long hikes under the sun, the fantastic pool was the absolute best spot to cool down and relax. Cleanliness was flawless across the entire villa, especially in the large, spotless bathrooms. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked brilliantly, ensuring a cool, comfortable, and peaceful night's sleep throughout our stay. Having a private garage was a huge plus, as it kept our rental car safely parked out of the blazing heat. A huge thank you to our host, Ylenia, who was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Her local tips for scenic excursions, sights, and top-tier restaurants made a real difference to our trip. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a stress-free vacation. We would love to come back!

Nothing to complain about

A lovely warm welcome by the owner who stayed up late to welcome us (flight delayed) with a smile, and some provisions for breakfast the following morning was very much appreciated. The villa is large, we had use of 4 of the 5 bedrooms and 1 was en-suite, another had a loo next to it, and a family bathroom was shared by 2 bedrooms. We had use of all the facilities, charcoal provided free for the bbq, dishwasher and additional fridge and freezer proved very useful. The internet connection was good and could be used when sat by the pool. The owner provided good communication throughout the process from the initial booking onwards, which did include dealing with an unexpected power cut. We also appreciated the mosquito deterrents which were needed, as the property is rural.

It is rural and ideal for us as we just needed a base to attend a wedding, so whilst I have no complaints, if you want to stay somewhere vibrant it wouldn’t be for you.

This villa was set up perfectly for our large family, it included everything we needed. Ylenia was exceptional and very helpful when our arrival was delayed by issues at the airport. She even had the baby crib and toys set up for the little one. We loved the outdoor lighting, great for unwinding in the evening. All guests were impressed and we would absolutely stay here again if we return to the area.

The trash/recycle system took a little getting used to, but that’s the town policy not a reflection on the owner or property itself.
