City Haven Skopje-Free Parking

The apartment location was great, three minutes away from the shopping mall and just short walk from there to the main square. The people that are managing the apartment are super responsive. All requests were met in mere minutes. The apartment was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need during your stay.

'Checking in' was absolutely hassle-free, the owner sends you all the information on WhatsUp or Viber. If it wasn't enough, he also sends you a video about the building, where the flat is and how to get into it, etc. I really liked this flat, which has almost everything you might need. It's conveniently located within walking distance of shopping centres and the main sights. The welcome - non-alcoholic - drinks is a nice idea and were appreciated. Although the flat is much smaller than it says on Booking.com (no way it's 45 m2), it can easily accomodate 2 people, even if they want to sleep in separate rooms.

I missed a blender, and the cutlery - especially the knives - were very weak, it was next to impossible to cut apples or potatoes with them, but it's no big deal. However, there was loud noise coming from a restaurant/club on the side of the building on Friday and Saturday starting in the afternoon until after midnight. Also, one night some neighbours thought it was OK to start hammering the wall at 11 at night. The rating is only 7 because of the noise. The sliding door to the balcony was kind of jammed, I managed to open it but couldn't shut it, although I have a similar sliding door at home and followed the instructions on the video the owner sent how to do it. So that door was open during my whole stay (slightly annoying).
