A tisztaságra, ha lehetne, 10 csillagot adnék. Nagyon finom illatú ágyneműk, kedves, modern, otthonos lakás. Nagyon jó helyen van. Azt sajnálom, hogy csak egy éjszakát töltöttünk el itt, remélem a jövőben többet itt lehetünk.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, very central, close to major tourist attractions, and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Easy to find when using the actual address (much easier than following the video instructions provided). The apartment is very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. We appreciated that the heating was already on when we arrived.

The communication with the property management was extremely poor and stressful. Their English is very limited, which led to repeated misunderstandings, especially regarding payment. Our booking stated “pay at the property,” yet they do not accept cash and asked us the night before to leave money in the apartment, which we could not do since we were leaving early and had no local currency left. This resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth. They also over-communicated: messaging us before our stated arrival window to ask if we had arrived, and again in the afternoon to ask what time we were leaving the next morning for cleaning purposes. The instructions for entering the building were confusing. The video provided has no clear starting point, and the building access code is hidden inside the video instead of being provided separately. The lift is inconvenient: it stops between floors rather than on the actual floor, and it does not stop on the ground floor. With heavy luggage, this is quite difficult. Cleanliness needs improvement. There were grease spots around the stove, on the tiles, and on the kitchen countertop. We also found a lot of hairs in the shower. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work at all, it wasn’t even plugged in and there was an exposed wire coming out of the wall. The bathroom door didn’t close, which is uncomfortable in shared stays. There was no shower gel provided. Instead, we found a nettle shampoo bottle being used to prop the bathroom window open. The Wi-Fi was very weak, unstable, and far from high-speed.
