House is equipped with everything needed for short stay. Comfortable beds and pillows. All house appliances working fine. Check in and check out was easy as their employee is easily contactable.

Washer did not come with suds/detergent.

Great place for the price! On site staff made check-in very easy. They were already communicating frequently before arrival, so that made the process smooth. Location is great, with restaurants in the same building and around the area. You're very close to the downtown area of KL so there will be more than enough activities to do even if you just want an inner city experience.

Only a minor issue, but the internet sometimes cuts off randomly for a few seconds. For digital professionals needing consistent up time, be aware that this might be a hiccup on occasion. Otherwise, this is a very comfortable place to stay. Another tip for travelers: Bring a universal adapter. Malaysia uses the UK style outlet. I didn't know this and had to buy an adapter at a convenient store nearby.

They accomodation has a nice interior and a cosy feeling to the unit which makes the stay pleasant. The amenities within was also good and they gave us a bigger place perhaps due to the unavailability of the purchased room.

A lot of room for improvement 1. Check in was so complicated as we needed to call here and there just to get access to the building whereby parking was provided but they did not want to gv a card as it seems there were not enough parking but after negotiating, the runner gv us the card as we needed to move in and out of the premise and was afraid to get stuck like the check in process. So that was helpful. 2. The drainage of the bathroom was HORRIBLE. The smell was extremely bad that caused a nauseated feeling. We were too tired to go through the change as 3. The navigating of the building itself was a challenge. So confusing as there were NO proper signage and lift systems that dont clearly explain how to use it. Almost everyone staying here seemed lost. 4. Check-out with 3 lifts and in an Airbnb facility is definitely not sufficient. We waited 20mins+ just to get a lift. Would def ask to consider well, however the place is a great city center location and good oo move on foot. If you are using ehailing apps to move around, this may be a better option.
