This is a place that would give you a hotel-vibe experience. The accommodation is very comfortable & spotless clean! Comes with a very nice view of the city center. There's more than enough beds & sofa to accomodate 5 of us. Complete with basic necessities for our stay. Most of all they have staffs who are very welcoming & responsive. Highly recommended! 👍
Just 2 things, though I think this is no longer with the control of the host but of the building management: 1. Parking - very confusing & limited signages plus the pathway is very narrow. 2. Elevator - can be quite busy, you might want to allocate 10-15mins waiting time for you to be able to get in.

I had a great stay! The room was clean, tidy, and smelled nice. It looked exactly like the photos, and all the listed facilities were available and well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a short walk from TRX Mall and Tun Razak Station. The Issabela team was very helpful and attentive throughout my stay. One tip: avoid checking out close to 12 PM, as the elevators can get quite crowded. Would definitely stay here again! 😊
