Čistota, pohodlné postele, vybavení - pračka, kávovar, fén.
Byt je opravdu pěkně a efektivně zařízený. Pracovní stůl na psaní se taky hodil.
Čisté a příjemné povlečení.
Možnost mít sebou domácího mazlíčka a vysavač na případný úklid.
Myčka je také velký benefit.
Hřiště naproti bytu.
Schody na schodišti, některé se rozpadají. Ale za to majitel bytu nemůže.

Die besondere Einrichtung der Räume war außergwöhnlich stylisch und funktional, neu, modern. Beleuchtung setzt Akzente, ebenfalls Netflix frei. Fußläufig gibt es links vom Haus einen tollen Supermarkt, Bäcker, Metzger. Leitungswasser nicht trinken! Hier merkt man, dass man doch noch in Romänien ist.
Der Eigentümer hatte bei der Stadt keinen Parkplatz gebucht. Es gibt fast keine Möglichkeit in diesem Viertel einen freien Platz zu finden. Durch Glück konnten wir auf einem bezahlten Platz stehen, der nicht mehr genutzt wurde.

Very nice property in Bistrita. We spent there 2 nights, and we loved the cozy feel of it. Nicely renovated, everything was brand new and very well organized. Checking in was smooth and the host was very thoughtful. We had daily coffee, tea, and they even left some cookies for our arrival. You get a fully equipped kitchen so very suitable for longer stays as well.
The only thing we were missing was a hair dryer. But maybe we couldn’t find it 🤔.

Apartament de nota 10! Foarte curat, modern și bine utilat. Locație excelentă, liniște și confort. Gazda foarte amabilă și comunicare perfectă. Recomand cu toată încrederea!
