The location is close to all amenities and easily accessible with ligjt rail. The host was contactable.
The facility was not that clean. Cockroaches were in the freezer section and aircon was leaking but still worked at the time.

The location was brilliant! Close to tram line, China Town and CBD- couldn’t have asked for a better location. Max was an excellent host- very communicative and helpful. The free parking was a perk and the view was excellent. It was spacious for what it was and accommodated our needs.
The property lacked refinement, there was some aspects that could have been cleaner- the bedding in particular was not as clean as it should be in these situations, the pillows lacked anything in the way of comfort and the unit itself could have done with a thorough clean. But for the price, it was expected.
