Good access to Shinjuku! Japandi Style Room in Nakano, Tokyo - Podhouse Nakano

I really liked the apartment itself. Replies from the host were very quick. The apartment is very large and very clean. There's a combini in a 1-minute walk from it. It's not too far from the station either, and the area is not dark at night. The beds are very comfortable, the common area is big. There are ACs in every room. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

The only serious negative point was the building. There's only an elevator, no stairs, to reach the apartment. The elevator looks quite old, and it goes directly to the apartment's floor. When its doors opened I was shocked, because you step into a corridor that's about 60x60cm straight in front of the apartment. If you have claustrophobia, you'll get a panic attack there for sure. Would be cool to mention it in the description. Also, owners, please buy a knife, a cutting board and some cups apart from plastic ones. Thanks for providing towels and body soap/shampoo, but it'd be also nice if you could provide disposable tooth brushes.

チェックアウト後に忘れ物に気づき、慌てて問い合わせをしましたが、真摯にご対応いただき、無事に忘れ物を受け取ることができ感謝しております。 近くにコンビニもあり、ネットテレビやWi-Fiもあり、家族でゆっくりと過ごせました。

古いビルなのでやむを得ませんが、水回り（トイレ、風呂）の匂いが気になりました。 お風呂も狭いので子供達と入れず1人ずつ一瞬で入りました。ウォシュレットもないです。

It was super convenient for family , clean , near to attraction, just in front bus station, and they were so fast to answer our questions. We highly recommend this place to stay in Tokyo for families
