Convenient location near train station. There were a number of restaurants around, plus a grocery store across the main street. The unit we stayed in was on the top floor, so there was no issue with noise from other property units. Unit was complete with a washer for longer stays. There was a fridge that we could use to store supplies from the grocery store. There was a small kitchen, though we didn't use the stove.
Appliances did not have English instructions. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was slow to start, so we weren't sure if the heat was functioning correctly at first. Windows do not seal very well, so we could hear traffic from the main road. Bedroom was a bit smaller than expected, and since we had three people in our party, we put the futon in the living room instead.

Short walk to train station. Both Family mart and 7 eleven are nearby.
No labelling on the dustbin. Shabby comforters. Skimpy towels.

The place was easily accessible and there were many convenience shops surrounding the location. The place was cozy even if it is small (typical of Japan) and there is a fridge, cooking and washing facilities. The price paid for the amenities provided is reasonable.
The mattresses (for the beds) are old and there were cockroaches running around when we arrived. We really did not have a proper mattress as the bedding was thin and almost moldy. There is also a small step to carry your luggage up before taking the lift and only a small area outside the door before you can enter so it gets pretty cramp if everyone stands outside the door with their baggage.
