Didn’t stay felt uncomfortable felt let down by the advertisement of the location

The property was overall clean but very suppressive there was no natural daylight the flat was in the complex and around the complex has scaffolding all around it within the scaffolding there were empty bottles of cider, gin, vodka and broken glass. People let us into the property without knowing who we were. I felt unsafe and booked a hotel, so didn’t stay

But additionally when we tried to contact the agent the number was wrong and when we contacted her it's used to look after the property but no longer did

The location was great. It was right near a Sainsbury’s and had plenty of restaurants opposite the road. It was also a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre. It was modern, clean and decorated nicely as well as plenty of amenities for you to use. It had amenities like you would find in a hotel: razor, toothbrushes, slippers, sewing kit. It also had a coffee machine and options of teas.

Luckily it wasn’t cold, but I couldn’t get the heating to come on. There was a spare plug in heater on the wall and a portable one. We found the bath water wasn’t hot, but warm instead even with putting the booster on and kitchen wide, could maybe do with another flatter pan and a collider. Not sure if owner is aware but the wardrobe is also broken, may need readjusting back onto its hinges. You do have to pay for parking outside.
