Navigli-Metro-Moda & Design District AC & Self Check-In

The apartment is nice and spacious. We especially enjoyed the high ceilings! The apartment seems to be built around 70s, and has a bit of nostalgic vibes with its wooden floors and doors (which was a good thing for us). The building has a garden which is also a nice addition. The air conditioner in both rooms is a great thing for the hot summer. The location is not the most central - 30 min walk to Duomo or less than 5 minutes to metro stations, but we knew it in advance.

It would be better if we didn't have to use phones to open the building doors, but we were prepared to that based on other reviews. The springs in the master bedroom mattress are squeaky. There were some other minor things we didn't like - nothing big to mention but because of those we can't rate it as 10. Otherwise, a great apartment for its price.

Appartement très bien situé proche du centre de Milan. Bel appartement grand dans une résidence avec gardien mais proche de la voie ferrée .

Situé au rez-de-chaussée il manque de lumière. Il manquerait également certains équipements, il y a un fer à repasser mais pas de table, une machine à laver mais rien pour étendre le linge. Dans la cuisine, une carafe des bols et une rape à fromage serait appréciable. Un balai, un torchon aussi. De plus pour des touristes quelques brochures, plans de la ville et indications serait un plus. En ce qui concerne le check in il faut vraiment être au top et avoir un smartphone. Être accueilli par une personne physique ou au moins voir quelqu' un une fois pendant le séjour serait sympa par exemple pour payer les taxes de séjour que nous ne sommes pas sensé payer avant d'arriver.
