بشكل عام لم أستمتع بالإفطار لكونه بسيط جداً ولا يمكن أن يصنف إفطار فندق أربع نجوم
أعجبني تعامل جميع موظفي الإستقبال مع الزبائن وتلبية متطلباتهم وتسهيل عملية الإقامة في الفندق
موقع الفندق نسبياً بعيد عن وسط المدينة والسوق ولا يتوفر قريباً منه محلات للتسوق
تضطر لتاجير تاكسي للتجوال والذهاب الى الأماكن التي تروم الذهاب لها وبهذا تكون تحت رحمة سواق التاكسي وأسعار الأجرة المرتفعة التي يفرضوها.
استقبال الفندق للكروبات السياحية ... حيث يضطرون الى تهيئة الغرف بشكل آخر (كإضافة أسرّة وتغيير أخرى) مما يتسبب بضوضاء كبيرة تزعج نزلاء الفندق الآخرين
اقترح لو يتم تخصيص غرف للنزلاء من الكروبات التي يستقبلها الفندق أو تخصيص طابق أو طابقين (حسب السعة) يكون بعيد نسبياً عن النزلاء الآخرين لتجنب الضوضاء الحاصلة
