The staff were very friendly and kind. The breakfast was great, with many options. The restaurant also has a nice view. The toilet and bathroom were spacious, and when I had an issue with the shower, they quickly fixed it. The water was hot and consistent. The location is good and close to the citadel, with a straightforward route to it. They have enough parking space, and you can also use the front-door parking area when you need a quick stop.

They didn’t check the room regularly to empty the trash bins. The room had no natural light at all. The air conditioner was a bit noisy in the rooms I checked, and I think they all need servicing. The fridge had a thick layer of ice buildup.

Very comfortable place and very kind staff. The hotel is just 15mins walking from Citadel. The breakfast had many things to try for and the chef had a personalized approach. Clean room and quiet. we chose the bigger one to have more space, so it was what we needed.

Reception Staff very friendly, the location is quite reachable, and the breakfast was very delicious with variety.

Room space is quite small, and lighting was poor, washing basing water flood quite slow.
