I like the staff most. From arrival to departure, they are there to assist you.
The roads and pavements are sub-standard. A lot of safety hazards and unavailable designated path walks. Trip hazards at the park. Cannot be seen when covered in snow. Having to rely on the resort transport is a bit of inconvenience especially the distance between villas and other facilities. Allowing private vehicles to enter the resort at extra fee or resort management discretion should solve this. A plan layout of the resort is needed in hands out. QR codes in hands out are blurred and unreadable by cam scanner. Newcomers has to figure out where the facilities are. Additional facilities/amenities are ongoing construction that should make the resort more interesting to visit and enjoy.
