    Very remote old rooms but clean staff exceptional not good location if you want to be near restaurants and Tam coc and the action,would suit couples wanting to relax,not good for family’s for the price.

    Nice pool, very good breakfast, in the nature. Very very thing walls, air conditioning did not work well as the room temperature could not cool down the room proper'y. Contruction / rénovation noise starting at 6:45 am on site bathroom door defective and employees are just doing minimum. If you like hearing rooster at 5 am, dog many Times in the middle of the night people in the pool until midnight. Not for us.

    I am writing to share my recent experience regarding the airport transfer service offered by hotel staff name ***. I received an email from her offering airport transfer services; however, the pricing was not mentioned in the email. In response, I promptly replied to inquire about the exact fare from the airport to the hotel. Unfortunately, I have not received any reply to date. Until my wife call. As a guest, I believe that timely and clear communication is a fundamental aspect of quality service. If your staff is unwilling or unable to respond to inquiries, it raises questions about the purpose of sending such offers in the first place. I am truly disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and the overall service provided. Therefore , my wife initially booked a two-way transfer at $120. During our stay, we met a friend and decided to extend our trip by a day, meaning we no longer required the hotel's transport for the following morning. When we raised this at the front desk, your colleague confirmed that we could cancel and would only be charged a 50% cancellation fee, totaling $60. We accepted this charge and departed for our tour. However, while we were out, another staff member called my wife to inform us that the charge would actually be $65, not the $60 we were originally quoted. While I do not mind paying the extra $5, my concern lies with the inconsistency. As a hotelier, it is crucial that guests receive precise and consistent information regarding charges. Changing the fee after we had already left the property feels unprofessional and gives the impression of a "double standard." The breakfast was awesome, limited spread but quality food , service staffs are attentive and polite . Compliments to the chefs and service staffs
