אחלה תמורה לכסף. הדירה מאובזרת היטב ונקייה. תקשורת מאוד טובה עם הבעלים.
אי אפשר לעשות מנגל בחצר אבל יהמר לזכותו של בעל הדירה שזה תוקשר מראש באדיבות ובנימוס.
