המיקום נהדר דירה מרווחת ונוחה יש בדירה מטבח נוח מאוד קיבלנו גם פלטה ומיחם לשבת עבור שומרי שבת שיש במשפחה. יש כיריים, מקרר, טוסטר, מיקרוגל, שני כיורים סכו״ם, צלחות כוסות מחבתות קרש חיתוך יש בריכה במתחם.
יש בעית אחזקה במקום המתחם בו נמצאת הדירה מוזנח יש נזילת מים ליד השירותים. (כנראה מהמזגן)

ממוקם במיקום מעולה!!! דירה גדולה ומרווחת. נבנתה בסטנדרט גבוה. יש שלושה חדרים גדולים ושתי יחידות שירותים . יש בריכה מחוממת . הבעלים מאוד זמין ואדיב . היה קל להגיע, קל לתקשר. זמין לכל בקשה שביקשנו . הדירה מיועדת להרבה אנשים ויש בה גז 2 מקררים מיקרו ותנור למי שזקוק.. יש ממד שממש חשוב בתקופה הזו.
ניתן לשפר תחזוקה . יש הרבה מזרנים נוספים בדירה והיינו ארבעה כך שדווקא עודף המזרנים והמיטות קצת פגמו בעיצוב..
